we will cherish forever. In her early years she graced the show ring with her beauty & style and today she has an extensive record of accomplishments. She has 15 EX daughters by 7 different sires including Jolt, Encore, Outside, Dundee, Eland, Advent, & Stormatic. There are 16 VG daughters with sires such as Pronto, Talent, and Fortune that have tremendous potential as well. In addition to 3 EX and 5 VG sons, there are countless progeny from Tamara’s family. Along with her ability to transmit genetics, Tamara completed 6 lactations with 4 over 30,000M. She has made many connections around the world and we have shipped embryos to Brazil, Ireland, Germany, Japan and Canada. Tamara was truly one in a million and she will be dearly missed! January 2012 In the past year, Tamara, Teagan and Budderscotch left us but their legacies will reside on in our herd. The classifier visited the beginning of the month and left us with great results… Goldwyn Talena- 4-0 EX90 with EX mam and Terrason Tara-EX90 with EX mam, dam was VG 87 Eland Tiara X Tamara. Durham Trudy received another “E” and is now EX90 2E. Dellstar Twizzler was raised to EX91 with EX92 mam and Stormatic Twilight was raised to VG87- 1st lactation, Twilight and Twizzler are both from EX Jolt Tammy family. Tornado Marleana was raised to VG88, Toronto is a proven Stormatic son from Tamara at Flatness International. In addition, we had 4 new VG 2 year olds, Roy Brooklyn (VG85) from EX Outside Buddercup family, Talent Taryn (VG85) from Tamara, Bolivia Allen Tomasina (VG86) from a VG88 Eland and Shottle Tidy (VG86) from Tamara. Also 1st lactation Talent Bacardi went VG87 from EX Velvet Bailey. We would like to wish all of our Holstein friends a prosperous & healthy 2012, please stop by the farm anytime! February 2011 We have pregnancies by Damion, Dundee, Palmero X Tamara for 2011. We have started Genomic testing some of the prominent animals in our herd. Our best young heifers are sired by Shottle, Goldwyn, Jasper, Dundee and Sanchez. Exciting two year olds to calve this year are a Shottle X Tamara (due to Durham) and Bolivia X Eland from Tamara (due to Damion). |

| At Gaige Farms, we milk 55 registered Holsteins with a current BAA of 109.7. We own 250 acres and rent 200 acres which consists of corn, hay and rotational grazing pastures. Sires such as Highlight, Durham, Dundee, Lee, Outside and Encore have been the base of our success. Embryos and cattle have been marketed all over the world with many satisfied buyers and we welcome your inquiries anytime. | ||
