Today for me, our senior champion will be our grand champion. This beautifully balanced cow has a little more dairyness throughout, and exemplifies what dairyness and balance is all about. She's also got more spring to her rear flank. But ladies and gentleman, this cow in reserve will be a force to be reckoned with. I know some might be surprised, but this cow that's been milking 18 days, she just makes my blood boil. I'm going with my Intermediate Champion for Reserve Grand today.
