Judge Richard "Gus" Schwartzbeck and Associate Judge Sean Johnson had a full afternoon with classes filled with high quality individuals! A total of 157 heifers were shown.
   
"I appreciate the opportunity to judge this show. It is an extreme honor to be nominated and voted as judge for such a high quality event. I pulled out 5 heifers that I would love to take home with me. The Fall Yearling is a strong, powerful heifer, the Winter Yearling - a heifer that you love but would like to change the way she handles her rear legs, the Spring Yearling is a heifer that is hard to find a hole in, the Fall Calf is a stylish individual and the Winter Calf, a heifer that puts it all together. Today I am going to go with the Spring Yearling for my Junior Champion. She is the best heifer that I have ever had the opportunity to judge! My Reserve Junior Champion today will be the Winter Calf. She is a special heifer with no faults."
